1.
What information does the Site and the SafetyPay Payment Solution collect?
-
The Site
.
Although you are not required to provide PII to view or use this Site, certain services that you may request (e.g., customer service inquiries,
subscription to SafetyPay newsletters or other marketing information) may require you to provide personal information, such as your name, address,
email address, and other contact information. We only use such information necessary to respond to your inquiries and to send you information such
as newsletters, publications or other marketing materials that you have indicated you are interested in and have requested.
-
The SafetyPay Payment Solution
. The SafetyPay Payment Solution specifically does not collect the PII of any user. Once you have made your selections on an affiliated merchant's
website and submitted your order by requesting the SafetyPay Payment Solution as your payment option, SafetyPay will direct you to your bank's
online payment service or otherwise provide you with a unique non-identifying number (the "Transaction ID") which represents the tracking number
for your eventual payment, settlement and possible customer service inquiries. To complete a transaction, you will be required to authorize the
specific payment using your bank's online payment system. SafetyPay will only facilitate those payments you authorize through your own financial
institution. Authorized funds are transferred from your bank account to an account held by SafetyPay. SafetyPay then uses these funds to make a
safe payment to the merchant for which you authorized the payment.
-

provider, unrelated to UseMyServices. UseMyServices is the sole provider of access to and payment services using your online bank. SafetyPay is
in no way associated with the administration, management, access to or enablement of UseMyServices or your bank's online services. When working
