Manuel Montero – CEO and Founder
As one of the founders of SafetyPay, Manuel Montero brings over 40 years of experience to the table. Prior to starting SafetyPay, he was Chairman and CEO of Fiera.com, Inc., Latin America's leading online and catalog retailer. He held numerous high level executive positions including Chairman and CEO of TNT Logistics in Spain and Portugal, Managing Partner of Roland Berger (Europe's leading management consulting firm and Deutsche Bank affiliate), General Manager of American Express Spain, and Division VP of American Express responsible for the launch of the Latin American business. He holds a BS degree from St. Joseph's University and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Barbara Bibas – CMO and Founder
Barbara Bibas is one of the founders of SafetyPay. Previously, she ran her own direct marketing company in Spain which serviced several banks and other financial institutions such as American Express. She has held various marketing/public relations management positions with such multinational corporations as American Express, Coopers & Lybrand and Inter-Continental Hotels. Barbara holds a BA degree from Boston College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Adrian Neuhauser
Adrian Newhauser was the original founder of SafetyPay who developed the payment concept as a result of his own frustration trying to complete international eCommerce transactions from outside the United States. The difficulties he encountered trying to use an internationally valid credit card, led him to work on a system that would become a true alternative to existing payment methods. His experience draws from a well balanced financial, educational and internet background with such companies as Celfin Capital, Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch. He holds a BS in Economics and Business Administration from the University Catolica in Chile.

Bernard J. Hamilton
Bernard Hamilton has held numerous high-level executive positions with American Express, including Head of Audit for American Express Corporation; Head of Staff for American Express Worldwide Travel Related Services; Founder and President of the Latin American Division for American Express; and VP of Finance for Amex's Card Division. He is a graduate of Notre Dame University and hold a PhD. in Applied Mathematics from UCLA.

James R. Collins
James Collins has held CFO and Controller positions in major subsidiaries and divisions of American Express with global responsibilities involving work with start-ups, mergers and divestitures. He was also the first VP and Controller of American Express International Bank. Jim holds a BS in Business from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Stern School of New York University.
