This Complaints Channel has been established and is accessible to anyone:

Or anyone who has knowledge of possible irregularities of Safetypay and needs to communicate them. This Channel will be governed by the criteria of Confidentiality, Impartiality, Simplicity and Gratuity to allow universal access to it.
